Shipping Policy

We deliver all across Pakistan with cash on delivery.

Dispatch and delivery time

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation.
Delivery normally takes 2–4 working days, depending on your city.
Remote areas may take 1–2 days longer.
A few imported items are marked clearly on the product page: these require advance payment and take 10–17 days to arrive.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Orders above Rs 5,000 are delivered free of charge.

Cash on delivery

You pay the courier in cash when the parcel reaches your door. Please keep the exact amount ready. Our team may call or message you on WhatsApp to confirm your order and address before dispatch, so please keep your number active.

Tracking

Once your parcel is handed to the courier we share the tracking number with you on WhatsApp or email.

Failed delivery

If the courier cannot reach you after repeated attempts, or the parcel is refused without reason, the order is returned to us. Repeated refusals may mean we ask for advance payment on future orders.
