Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm your order by WhatsApp, phone or email before dispatch. We may cancel an order if the item is out of stock, the address is incomplete, or the price was listed incorrectly. In that case nothing is charged to you.
Prices
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices and offers may change at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already confirmed.
Products
We describe every product as accurately as we can and use real product photos. Slight differences in colour may appear because of screen settings and lighting. Sizes are given in the description; please check them before ordering.
Payment
Most orders are cash on delivery across Pakistan. Some imported items require advance payment; this is clearly stated on the product page before you order.
Returns
Replacements and refunds are covered by our Return & Refund Policy.
