Wool holds warmth where cotton does not, which makes this the cloth for a December wedding or an office where the heating never quite reaches your desk. The flip side is that the same warmth turns uncomfortable indoors by afternoon in Karachi, and wool suiting is a dry-clean cloth, not something to put through a weekly wash. The four-metre cut is standard and will not stretch to a long kameez with a wide shalwar.
