Men's Plain Khaddar Unstitched Suit - Green, 7 Metres

Seven metres of plain green khaddar, unstitched, three and a half metres for the shirt and the same again for the trouser, with a tag and a bag in the pack. Khaddar is the winter cloth most men in Punjab and KPK actually wear: thick-woven cotton that cuts a draught, takes a hard wash and softens with every one. It is still cotton, though, so it is warm the way a thick shirt is warm and not the way wool is, and through January in Islamabad it wants a shawl or a sweater over it. Seven metres is a generous cut, which helps a tall or broad man, but it is also more cloth for your tailor to charge for, and stitching is not included in the price.
